Duke Street Primary School, Chorley ICT In Education have played a key role in developing ICT provision at Duke Street. Their director, Jim Pemberton has acted as a consultant, with regards to the setting up of our new state of the art computer suite, and given sound advice on aspects as varied as cabling, design and layout of suite, and installing a fabulous sound system. Whole school issues of accessibility to the system, including desktop design have been addressed too, making ICT at Duke Street as user friendly as it can be. His team has worked closely with our ICT subject leader and delivered staff training to all our teachers.
Jim has been very flexible in the services he has been able to offer the school, and is very responsive to the changing needs of the school as we look to make the ICT provision at Duke Street outstanding.
